Is your jewelry real gold?

Always. We sell only solid 10K, 14K and 18K gold and precious metals — never plated. Authenticity is guaranteed on every purchase, and our certified Monaco Chain pieces include their official certificate card.

Do you repair jewelry?

Yes — professional repairs including ring resizing, clasp replacement, soldering and rebuilding worn settings. Bring your piece in for a free estimate.

Do you offer jewelry cleaning?

Yes — free professional cleaning every Wednesday. Bring your pieces in any Wednesday during store hours, no purchase necessary.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes. We design one-of-a-kind pieces in 10K, 14K and 18K gold. Visit the showroom or send us a message to book a design consultation — we'll guide you from idea to finished jewel.

What about returns or exchanges?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is any issue with your purchase, visit us with your receipt and we will work with you to make it right. Authenticity is guaranteed on everything we sell.
